2012 Rate Information
Rates Include: lodging, all meals, horseback riding (weight limit 240 lbs.),fishing, swimming, teen program, children’s programs, trapshooting, all other on-ranch activities.
Rates Do NOT Include: state sales tax of 3%, county lodging tax, staff gratuity, train ride, raft trip, overnight pack trip, Alamosa Airport and/or Taos transportation.

Deposit
To hold reservations, we request a deposit of $400 per person. This is refundable (less a 10% handling charge) up to 60 days in advance of arrival. Less than 60 days in advance, it is refundable (less 10%) only if we can rebook the space.
Arrival and Departure
We request that you plan your arrival at the ranch between 3:30 and 5:30 pm Sunday. We serve dinner at 6:30 pm and have orientation at 7:30 pm on arrival day, neither of which will you want to miss! Check-out time is 9:30 am the following Sunday.
September Rates
August 26 through September 23. “Adults Only”. Minimum 3 night stay. Check-in afternoon of arrival, check-out departure day by 9:30 a.m. Rate is $300 per person/per night. “Fishing only” rate is $275 per person/per night. Deposit is $400 per person. View more information on our September program.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. A 2.5% discount will be offered with your payment by personal check/cash.
