Family Ranch Vacation Rates Include: Your own log cabin, all meals, whitewater rafting and all on-ranch activities such as our superb horseback riding program, spectacular fishing, fly-fishing guide, teen program, children’s programs, trapshooting/archery, swimming and everything else the ranch has to offer. (Please note that our weight limit for riding is 240lbs.)

Rates Do NOT Include: taxes (state sales tax of 2.9%, county lodging tax), staff gratuity, train ride, Alamosa Airport and/or Taos transportation. Our state sales tax is one of the lowest you will find. And as far as our gratuity, we like for our guests to have the freedom to decide about the gratuity, therefore it is completely up to you.
Deposit
To hold reservations, we request a deposit of $400 per person. This is refundable (less a 10% handling charge) up to 60 days in advance of arrival. Less than 60 days in advance, it is refundable (less 10%) only if we can re-book the space.
Groups of ten or more and travel agent bookings require payment in full sixty days in advance of arrival.
Arrival and Departure
We request that you plan your arrival at the ranch between 3:30 and 5:30 pm Sunday. We serve dinner at 6:30 pm and have orientation at 7:30 pm on arrival day, neither of which will you want to miss! Check-out time is 9:30 am the following Sunday.
September Rates
Adults Only: August 25 through September 22. Minimum 3 night stay. Check-in afternoon of arrival, check-out departure day by 9:30 a.m. Rate is $300 per person/per night. “Fishing only” rate is $275 per person/per night. Deposit is $400 per person. View more information on our September program.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. A 2.5% discount will be offered with your payment by personal check/cash.
